Everyone that worked there was very helpful, especially at the front desk. The rooms were very clean and organized and breakfast was great!

Positive aspects:
good standard of room and servicies for relative low price. Garage included.

Negative aspects:
I´ve been in Roma as turist and I visited city center. Therefore I´m complaining on public buses (not so offen and long way). For some business trip will Zone hotel suitable.

Positive aspects:
The hotel was very reasonably priced and comfortable. The breakfasts were enjoyable and there was a lot of variety in the food offered. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and clean. The staff were pleasant and very helpful and spoke many languages well. The courtesy bus was a very welcome service and the driver was polite, pleasant and helpful.

Negative aspects:
The airconditioning in the room was not functioning to its best. Being summer, it needed to be much cooler than it was.
